In an interview last Sunday, Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt defended the security company G4S who have failed to honour a contract with the government to provide security for the Olympic games by insisting it was “completely normal” for contractors on projects as big as the London Olympics to be unable to deliver what they’ve promised.
Erm ….. let’s just double check that.
Jeremy Hunt thinks it’s completely normal to be rubbish at running something big?
Mmm. You know what? I think I actually agree with Jeremy for once.
I’m sure it is completely normal for him to fail at running something big.
Like, for example, a government ministry:
Nice of him to be so honest about it, though.
