Getting frustrated by some people expecting racism from me, because I got blown up. Yes. A Muslim man blew me up, and I lost my leg.
A Muslim man also lost his arm that day wearing a British Uniform.
A Muslim medic was in the helicopter that took me from the field
A Muslim surgeon performed the surgery that saved my life
A Muslim Nurse was part of the team that helped me when I returned to the UK
A Muslim Healthcare Assistant was part of the team that sorted out my day to day needs in rehabilitation when I was learning to walk
A Muslim taxi driver gave me a free ride the first time I went for a beer with my Dad after I came home.
A Muslim doctor offered my Dad comfort and advice in a pub, when he didnt know how to deal with my medicines and side effects.
Contrary to that,
A white brit spat in my girlfriends face for ‘fucking a cripple when you could have me [him]’
A White brit pushed my wheelchair away from a lift so he could use it first.
A White brit screamed at my Dad for parking in a disabled bay when I was in the services coming home
(Although, alot of people helped in my recovery! I dont hate white brits either! hahaha)
Point is, fuck off. I know who I dislike, and I know who I dont. I know who I appreciate, and I know who I dont. If you want to hate an entire race of men and women for the actions of a few dickheads feel free, but don’t push your views on me, thinking I am an easy target because one douchebag decided it was my day to die.
Blaming all Muslims for the actions of groups like Daeshe and the Taliban, is like blaming all Christians for the actions of the KKK or Westboro Baptist Church.
Get a grip of your lives, hug your family and get back to work.

Could you just as easily made the case the other way. I always run situations through my mind and look at the end play . I feel the end result always ends in muslim domination of British society . Just a numbers game the majority votes in its chosen party. I just don’t see where you go as a white christian all christian countries seem to be to worried about pc.wont matter soon it will be to late.but it wont be us who suffer it will be are grand children. Point #1: Muslims are not a race. Jews are not a race. Christians are not a race. Stop bring race into this, it is not an issue of rsce.
Point #2: The Qu’ran states, among many hateful commandments “Allah will inspire terror in the hearts of infidels, lop off their heads and maim them in evrey limb!” The problem with the logic given here is that ISIS and the Taliban are following their religion, while the KKK and Westboro Baptist Cjurch are not following the words and deeds of Jesus, who stopped Jews from stoning people, said to love your enemies, and said that whatever you do to the most insignificant person, you do to Jesus. When the Klan lynches someone, it is like they are hanging Jesus. (Christians are not followers of Jesus, they are a terrorist group started by Jews)
Point #3: Jews, Christians and Muslims are all terrorists and should be treated as such. This is where Jews start saying they are a race, then people say Muslims are a race and then we end up back at point number one again…. and so nothing ever gets done to solve this problem.
It starts with Jews. They are the instigators of this problem, the hate that is here began with Jews. Hatred of gay men began with Jews, who have been calling for their death for close to 4000 years and it is a Jewish belief that everyone must follow this, Jew and stranger alike. If you were told that you are a Jew and you don’t think that gay men should be executed, please have the common courtesy and unselfish decency to say “I DON’T AGREE WITH THAT HATRED, I AM NOT A JEW!”
Point #4: Don’t expect me to hold my breath until this happens.
Point #5: How come nobody knows about Genrikh Yagoda, who killed millions of people BEFORE Hitler did?
Point #6: If you Jews, Christians and Muslims want to kill each other, please do, just do it away from me and don’t involve my country in it. We keep religion seperate from government…. which has Jews saying they are not a religion, they are a race and US taxpayer money can to to support Jewish institutions…. Just because he served his country does not mean everything he says is correct, so they blew you up then helped you, how nice of them! It is part of Islam culture to hate anyone who is not Muslim, some follow it some don’t and they have few nice verses that most of them remember it exists only when someone criticize them for hating you, Islam is cancer! you either stop it or it will stop you.

Very nice propaganda piece although the author fails to grasp the FACT that Islam is NOT now, never has been and never will be a RACE. It is a Political Credo rooted and based upon the, (alleged), writings of a Violent War Lord with a taste for young girls. The Islamic Belief system is not compatible with the freedoms and Democratic systems we have in the West. Unlike Christianity and other belief systems Islam has not evolved and is still rooted in the 8th Century. While I respect Chris Herbert’s Service and sacrifice, (I also served), one only has to look around the World to see that the vast majority of the issues we in the West have to face emanate from “The Religion of Peace”

Yes we all know not every muslim is a terrorist, problem we all have though, is that even family members of the ones who are keep coming out afterwards with the comments “we had no idea he/ she had been radicalised… “he/she was always such a lovely person”.. so on and so on….
Point being if their closest family members cant tell the difference, then how can we ??
Then the other main problem is the lack of condemnation from the moderate muslim community !! So yes, there are arseholes in every religion and race… but unless those against the violence from every religion and race stand up as one to be counted, then the rest of us will be suspicious and sceptical !!

it’s simply bigoted to interpret Islam in this way… of course it is OK to criticize the Quran or any other religious texts but lets be clear the Bible is pretty violent: EG cutting off womens hands and the penalty for homosexual acts is death to both parties… and Christians even here in the UK recently have done some pretty bad things in name of religion… IE the Chemical Neutering of Alan Turing… and lets not even get into the Christians persecuting gays and female mutilation going on in Africa…

I lost my leg in a hospital due to a surgeon’s fook up. Guess what, he was muslim and has not accepted what he has done to me or what he has made me suffer. He is an arrogant bastard, just like the other muslim doctors that I have seen in the hospitals.
I will not let anyone who follows Islam treat me, I will never let anyone who wears a burka near me and you don’t need me to tell you what I think about races who follow this sick and violent religion.

True. A very good point. Although, it’s still actually a part of the image, since, in his last pasus about Christians and Muslims, you could say just as well that not all American and European Christians are to blame for the invasion on Iraq, in which he lost his leg for a fact… He’d never loose it if the British army didn’t participate in that act of aggression and in fact, a muslim ‘douchebag’ is an Iraqi citizen which legally defended his country. He didn’t shoot a civilian, he shot a soldier which belonged to the aggressor on his country. Not blaming him for being a British soldiers for a fact, people have different beliefs and attitudes and he surely believes it was a legitimate military action. But considering the facts you could say all of this as well.

You’re probably too fucking drunk to know. On the other hand the Muslim doctor in the pub may have been drinking alcohol **NEWSFLASH” some Muslims drink, some so drugs, some are thieves, some are racist, some are terrorist (I said some), some are just fucked – basically there’s all sorts – like with every other race, religion or people of differing sexual orientation – YOU CAN’T PIGEONHOLE EVERYONE! Trying to pin things on large groups like religions or races because it suits their fragile needs that make them believe they have some kind of higher purpose. They boldly reveal themselves online and in the street when they have a crowd of followers but I doubt they show their racism and fascism when they are applying for a job or in a court room because nobody wants a racist judge, doctor, policeman, fireman, soldier etc. In fact nobody who is racist or fascist should be allowed to function in public because they are a danger to society. They will one day crack down on these sick people they will be put on watch lists like pedophiles and taken away to camps for the mentally ill.

When the western speak about Islam with negativity, they speak with NO knowledge and no understanding what so ever.

Unannounced I Called At The Home Of The Person Who Found It. I Introduced Myself, Paused But My Name Was Unknown To Him… As It Was ”TOO PERSONAL” & He Could Not Look Inside The Wallet. I’m clearly reading the wrong Internet. I’m seeing scarcely any Islamophobia or anti-Muslim racism or whatever you care to call it, but I am seeing an enormous amount about “Not all Muslims are part of the problem”.
After the Paris attacks, with good reason to believe that similar attacks were imminent in Brussels, it seemed to me a good time to put aside all demographics who were “not part of the problem” and focus on those who were, but “Not all Muslims are part of the problem” was mystifyingly played like a stuck record instead, while nobody much was suggesting that they were.
Since a well-founded and rational fear of being blown to bits (or even getting stabbed in the Underground) does not constitute Islamophobia, I could suggest other priorities.
I recently came across the term “virtue signalling”, and I wonder if that isn’t what’s going on here.

Also I wish the media would stop using the term IS (Islamic State!) they are not an Islamic State, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco ect are Islamic states where different religions colors & creeds live together. I WAS being seen by a Muslim Doctor, and he was/is the most arrogant and uncaring SOB. He would never listen to anything I have to say about how I feel or even ask how the prior treatment was working, he simply didn’t care about me as a patient and I told him to his face he was an arrogant piece of shit and that I was not coming back…maybe it was just him, but he was a complete and total fucking asshole…

Only, it isn’t “racism” is it? Islam is a faith / system of governance / code of laws followed by and made up of people from all races. Many Jews of the same race as Palestinians and again, racism is bandied about willy nilly. Your point is understood and taken, but I am tired of the racism moniker being thrown around everywhere when it doesn’t necessarily apply.

Anyone rational person who has read the koran with an open, critical mind will have reservations about islam being “peaceful” and “tolerant” .. but if I speak this truth, I can only expect to be branded a racist (by people on a bandwagon) .. For people in the know this is a serious cause to worry .. I have not hatred, just justifiable concerns based on painstaking research .. Too many people who have no idea what sharia law is or what is is the islamic texts on which they are based have strong opinions on the subject .. that in itself has to be wrong .. Sharia law is simply not compatible with democracy .. An intelligent person will check the facts for themselves .. a thug will take my words to justify hatred and a fool more interested in being popular than in knowing the truth will call me names .. of these three, which are you ?

Firstly let me say that I totally understand the sentiments of this soldier and that it is highly noble of him to be so aware that it isn’t all Muslims that are barbarous, blood thirsty psychopaths intent on destroying everyone and everything in this world. But there is an issue with people who use the word racist in this scenario and such like. In fact anyone who acknowledges racism is in effect acknowledging race and races and perpetuating the problem of prejudice themselves. Race is a tricky subject that not even scientists are completely sure of. It seems to be something like a taxonomic hierarchy, biologists for example have identified different ‘races’of plants and animals. It seems the lines between species and race are blurred even in the scientific world. So I think it is better for us all if we stop subscribing to this idea of race and make no differentiation between one human and another and simply accept that we are all humans and if you do want to apply the idea of a race to it then how about we all agree that we are all part of the ‘human race’. The concept of race can’t be applied to religious beliefs and shouldn’t be applied at all to any humans regardless of skin colour, size, weight, gender, sexual preference and so on and so forth. Anyone who identifies a bunch of people with the same political, theological, physical or mental similarities in a negative way without any form of understanding, knowledge or awareness is simply prejudiced. Let’s just get away from this flawed and monocular concept of race then maybe we can move forward together as humankind….

You know death if you leave Islam, marriage of children to men, genital mutilation, a woman is worth less than a man, death to all gays and lesbian’s! Islam’s goal is to take over the world. Synonymous with the worst atrocities in the world? I’m not sure that’s justifiable- atrocities but a few hundred people in Paris and under 3000 from NY still results in a low bodycount even if you add it all together; compared to the holocaust or the USA’s bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki (which combined killed almost a quarter of a million civilians over two days) were far more extreme. That’s not to say Daesh wouldn’t set off a dirty bomb or similar if they could, they just havn’t been able to yet.

Humans are imperfect. To argue the merit of a religion based on human behaviors is fraud! We must go back to the scriptures themselves. When a Christian or Buddhist commits acts of terror, he is betraying his faith. Violence is *NOT* authorized anywhere in the *NEW* Testament or the 84,000 Buddhist teachings! There is *NO* equivocation that violence is condemned. On the other hand, if a Muslim commits violence against a non-believer, whether he is following or betraying his faith is actually DEBATABLE! Moderate Muslims and naive politically correct idealists emphasize the fact that most Muslims are good people, and therefore they call anyone who is Islamophobic a bigot. Unfortunately, either through ignorance or being disingenuous, their interpretation of the Quran is just their OPINION. Violence is *AUTHORIZED* in the Quran! Read Surah 2.190-2.194 among others for yourself. Certainly they would insist these 5 verses are rules of engagement from Prophet Mohammad to his followers prior to the Battle of Badr and should only be read as “historic account” and nothing more. Here is the problem. Treating the Quran as merely a history book is again *OPINION*. Meanwhile the radical Muslims are treating these 5 verses as *TIMELESS* teachings otherwise why would they be captured into the Quran out of all things occurred in history? After all the Quran is a holy book, not a history book! This represents another opinion. Unless the moderate Muslims can articulate their interpretation of the Quran is more correct than those of the radical Muslims, then Islam is problematic from the very scripture it is based on!

Most of these verses are clearly INSTRUCTING violence .. They have not been translated or interpreted incorrectly and are not taken out of context .. Claims among muslims that they are are deceptive .. and there are clear instructions to deceive unbelievers in the text of the koran ..
