UK’s biggest buy-to-let landlords – who are evicting their poorest tenants because of possible future arrears – were once in arrears themselves.
Landlords Fergus and Judith Wilson – who have just decided to evict 200 of their poorest tenants because they say they might be in arrears with their rents one day – were themselves in arrears on their mortgages to the tune of £350,000.

Hope that as quickly as they made their fortunes they’ll lose them again. He likes to gamble a wee bit on the horses does he? Well, we all know how that works out in the end.
Personally, the should be up in court for their appalling victimisation of those on benefits!

They must have inside information about what is in the pipeline for those on benefits once universal credit takes hold. Housing benefit is paid to those who are in work too leaving people tied to the state and their dictatorship because employers will not pay enough to keep a roof over their workers heads.

This is fairly typical of Cameron’s kingdom, nothing will be done burning their house down would be a start. I’ve just watched Cameron on the BBC. It’s amazing the man opens his mouth and the excreta flows out unchecked. Cameron’s latest false promise is to preserve the value of the state pension by awarding what seem above inflation increases, ignoring the fact that other benefits pensioners legally obtain will be cut. And the state pension is wholly and totally inadequate anyway. There is an epetition demanding that the state pension be increased to £300 p/w inclusive of certain benefits already received. Cameron’s blatant lie was that he kept his 2010 promise to maintain pensioners cold weather payment LIAR! He chopped the payment by 20%. If this fool is re-elected this country as a caring benevolent nation is over. Cameron is a closet Fascist beware of him and his false promises.

All benefits should have housing costs factored into them, because they are discriminating against those pensioners who own their homes as opposed to those that are renting and penalizing the renters.

Cameron said on the Andrew Marr show that housing benefit payments were too high, but he does not consider a rent reduction as an option instead he penalizes those on benefits with bedroom tax and withdrawal of housing benefit if they refuse to work for benefits only.

ps he has been helping those that have created mortgage and other debts with quantative easing while at the same time causing those reliant on benefits to commit suicide when he cuts or sanctions benefits to the poorest in society. He is a fascist.

What we have here is the beginnings of ghettoisation.
In the mid 1930’s Hitler’s political ideology removed people of a certain faith, way of life or who were not considered to be ayrian from their homes, properties, businesses etc by way of government policies.
These ‘sub groups’ having nowhere else to live, unable to escape the talons of the incumbent regime or who tried to keep going with an attitude of business as usual found themselves herded into ghettos.
Some ghettos were better than others, they were still however, slums.
Up to 140,000 could be living in theses ghettos for up to five years prior to the Nazi final solution when the
inhabitants suddenly found themselves with an order to assemble to be sent to a work camp where they would be with their families, working, receiving a wage, better food and accommodation.
This was a lie, they were being rounded up under an order of liquidation of the ghetto to be sent to Auschwitz, Berkanau, Treblinka or Sobibor where 95% were directed to the left and maybe 5% to the right of the unloading ramp.
Those who were selected to go right were put into forced labour until they died of disease, exhaustion, were shot for some minor infringement or became Sonderkommando (they emptied the dead from the gas chambers and fed them into the crematoria ovens) whose lifespan was no more than four months as they would be liquidated as they knew too much and the SS could not risk any remaining alive to tell the world what was going on.
Those herded to the left were taken to be ‘disinfected’. The truth was they were gassed and cremated within 48 hours of their arrival at the unloading ramp.
Trucks took their ashes to the river Vistula a mile from Auschwitz and dumped into the rahing waters.
All this grew from the inertia of millions who for some reason accepted their fate or complied in the false hope of saving themselves and their families.
The more the Nazi’s got away with what they were doing the more they did it and the worse it got.
I see parallels with the discrimination of sections of our society and the path that is opening up before them.
If people do not dig their heels in and stand their ground, Landlords such as the ones under discussion will get away with what is an unacceptable policy, others of their ilk seeing no repercussions of their actions could and probably will follow suit, rendering even greater numbers homeless for no legal reason, or reason other than ‘they may default on their rent in the future’.
What started as an unacceptable action could very well turn into an atrocity the like of which over 7 million
innocent people suffered between 1933 – 1945.
Have we learned nothing from history?

A friend of mine, who used to be a member of the Tory party, was fond of the old quote ‘The Tory party is an organised hypocrisy’. This shows how grimly real the saying is in Cameron’s brave, new Tory Britain.

Cameron wants to repatriate the human rights laws because as he quotes “Britain was always a just country”, not when the tories were running it it wasn’t and that applies to the condems too.
