Please spare a thought for this 64 year old severely disabled client of mine? Please share this post to see if we can garner a response from the Tories although, I doubt we will.
My client was thrown off ESA by ATOS 18 months ago. Since then, he has been expected to sign on. Obviously, he’s been sanctioned and forced to go hungry. so much so he weighs 6 stone. On Friday, not surprisingly he was at death’s door with pneumonia. Fortunately, I was able to get him into hospital.Evidently, his left lung was full of fluid with his right not much better, he’s now on the mend.
He has been unable to heat or look after his home properly because his health has deteriorated which I suggest is obvious from the photographs. He lives in one room of his 3 bedroom house he rents from a private landlord. It is rat infested, he cannot use the toilet nor is he strong enough to put water in a kettle. He relies on bottled water. I am making efforts to have him rehoused in sheltered accommodation. However, I think he may have to go into a nursing/residential home in the interim.
Birkenhead Benefits Centre has ignored my continuous please for help, heartless bastards!

Is this for real? In this day and age? Why can’t our benefit system be compassionate, rather than making it such an upsetting and horrible experience for people to claim? It is utterly shocking! Sanctions are shockingly unfair, as is everything else about it, if these photos are anything to go by! I am absolutely abhorred by this, and what happens next? Universal Credit!!! We’re going back the way, not forward! Encouraging people into work???? It’s an absolute joke! This government has a helluva lot to answer for. Well seen they will never experience any of this drudgery! Let them try living like this for a few weeks!! They wouldn’t last a Day!!! This is so, so sad..

Wirral Council are the lowest of the low and reading this does not surprise me in the least. My mother contracted dementia and they failed to tell any of the family, what they actually did was to go after her property even though he care was being funded (section 117 aftercare, make a note of this) They were not successful, to avoid liability and embarassment they allowed her to dehydrate whilst in care, she dies as a result of this, it amounts to no less than murder, they are vile scum. Same as Merseyside Police the councils personal bodyguards. Changes need to be made before its too late.

So tomorrow when the Birkenhead M.P. is gladhanding and curtsying to two of the most privileged people in the country in his new role of Poverty Tourist Guide. Remember this poor man. Our neighbour. Until people in the UK stand up for the rights of human beings in this country. We will see a lot more of this kind of thing.
But what I have been saying for a long time . When someone dies because this system the government has placed on the vulnerable. And are taking to court for murder ,and cruelty . We are stuck in this sick twisted country . But because they have overhauled the free solicitors fee. No one gets legal aid . So we cant fight them . Unles you have money to take them to court . This makes my blood boil . So before you vote . Think what will become of you ,and your family if you are the bread winner in your family . And become to sick to work . .

This is utterly inhumain. I myself was taken off ESA by ATOS nearly 2 years ago now, as a result I am £120 per month worse off, I can’t run my car or pay for food as everything I get is already spoken for. My mobility is deteriorating rapidly and ATOS say I am fit for work, so now I have to walk to the Jobcentre every 2 weeks which causes great pain and leaves me housebound ifnot bedbound for the next 5 days to recover. Its about time ATOS was fired and all their accessments investigated. This poor fellow is just the tip of the iceberg. And the council are useless, their hands are tied or they just don’t care. When is this all going to stop?!

That is the reality vulnerable British citizens now face as immigrants take precedence in the queue for receiving an income and roof over their head via the state. yet we send billions of pounds a year to other coutries to help the starving over there but do nothing for those in this country. parliamentarians get more in expenses for a day (well turning up for a few minutes or daysleeping) in the chambers than most people on benefits get to live on for a week!

Birkenhead is the jobcentre I will have to visit once they deem the pensioner I look after is ineligible for sickness benefits. I know a few of them from Dominick house (Liscard) before they shut it down and transferred to Birkenhead and all’s I can say is I’m not surprised they did f-all to help that poor sod.
Birkenhead JCP** staff are nowt but ‘capos’. May the suffering they’ve inflicted thousands be revisited on them a thousand-fold times.
** Not exclusively Birkenhead; it’s a nationwide issue. Do not support the PCS in any way shape nor form. Rats.

Poor man. 😥 This government is a disgrace. They need to be reminded that they wouldn’t be where they are wothoit our votes. Just a few days ago, a Parliamentary debate on extreme poverty, was attended by just fourteen M.P.s Just goes to show that as long as they nee getting their 11%raise, they don’t care about any body else’s predicament. You need to be turning this into some kind of petition to force parliament do discuss such cases. And it needs to be shared pi locly and as widely as possible.

This is beyond appalling – what kind of a country are we living in that this could happen, and why has he only just been “found”? It seems that the heroic MP in this case had been ignoring this man’s calls for help until it was almost too late! How was he even declared fit for work? Didn’t his GP issue a fit note? I’m taking another stab at PiP because my husband has just lost his job, and we’re getting a joint claim for Universal Credit (already approved, but we know how messed up UC is from helping to support our niece when the DWP “forget” to pay her).
I feel that a nursing home could be beneficial for this poor man. He’s at least guaranteed a warm bed and three decent meals a day there!

Send him over to Bristol, here there’s a few Charities that will be able to feed him, clothe him and give him level 1 hostel for rough sleepers or people in need.
I know that there’s people in need everywhere and we need to send them over to the right places. St Mungos charity is indeed really good at taking care and design recovery plans to all in need. They also have access to a weekly time-sheet where they know where to get fed and at what times.
I’m so sorry to know that this poor man as had such Sad days nobody should have to go through that. No human should have to struggle on basic living . If Politics were beneficial that would be the first and only concern, to ensure everyone has food, place to sleep and water. They can’t do that, ao charities joined us together to promote that, we sustain them and we created them And it’s for those of us that need at the time they need it. It can happen to any of us. I wish better best days to all of us , together we can! I believe!

I am terrified as an Atos assessment officer is visiting me on Saturday the 19th of January, I am terminally ill and cannot gonto work they are assessing me for the PIP payment. I use to recieve DLA for life at the higher rate but now I am being transferred onto the new benefits which will also include Universal Credit, I just don’t see the point in wasting tax payers money on assessment for the terminally ill. My heart breaks for this gentleman and I pray he gets help soon.

How come when i was unemployed for three months from october 2017 till december 13 2027 when falsley accused of basking in the sun with my hand over my eyes on security duties,I got my job back on appeal but still had to pay for all rent arears and any benefit i got in that three months.
