The amount you are now paying for her wealthy mates ‘sport’ has risen from £45m to £84m.
Exceedingly rich people are about to get considerably richer – all willingly paid for by you and me.

IFS statistics show:
1. 60% of population are worse off under Tories since 2015. Goodness knows how many and how much worse since neo-liberalism started in 1979.
2. Bottom 10% of population by income are 10% worse off since 2015 alone – that is simply disgraceful for people who couldn’t afford food or heating in 2015, so goodness knows how they cope now. And the Tories think that food-banks are a “choice”?
How the futtocking-heck to they continue to get elected?
(The answer of course is that they have a biased press on their side and they have slanted the democratic playing-field in their direction by allowing party central offices huge advertising spends that small parties and independents cannot hope to match.)

Actually, this was the 2015 CAP reform that increased the payment rates for moorland farmers. Nothing to do with Theresa May or grouse.

It doesn’t help people who are campaigning to stop grouse shooting, to have misinformation flying around.

And the deal last year with the EC concerning the subsidy for planting and maintaining worthless soft woods on lands belonging to the super rich who own nearly 1.5 million acres. The subsidy will continue for at least two years reaping £100’s of thousands tax free for these already.wealthy wasters! Nice, having friends in the right places, eh?

I hope the day will not come that no nurses, doctors police or firemen will be found. I am a nurse myself and because of lack of budget, nurses go for early retirement or work in Tescos, M&S or Aldi, instead of bursaries, student nurses has to pay tuition fees, summing up to nearly £30 grand before they finish the University. Salary of a nurse cannot even afford to go into a property ladder. It’s frustrating for us nurses as well patients and their relatives as all hospitals in general suffers from insufficient staff for a safe patient care. We take care of people, live people but we cannot pero form our duties well if there is not enough staff. I hope our government will do something about this problem before it’s too late.

Theresa May & your Chancellor should recognise that those who can pay, should pay. It’s time to stop all this wealthy support benefits to those who are in no need.
Divert this money to the ILL paid local authority workers who are in more need than those well heeled country gents’ or even better; to our homeless retired armed services personnel begging on our streets!!!!!!

It’s funny isn’t how Tories claim to believe in a small government with limited payments to the deserving, but these only apply to the genuinely deserving and not to the not-quite-so-deserving who just happen to be their friends and party donors. How very odd.

Does it matter that my farm is in Wiltshire?

I thin people have been violenlty dumbed down for the last few decades and neo-liberalism with its emphasis on private debt and false scarcity stresses people and leaves them poorly informed and numb with indifference.
Also , people are fearful of change and fear imobilises. In my view that is why the polls won’t shift despite manifest incompetence of the Government. AFter 40 years of free market ideology people have lost belief that anything can change because they think there is ‘no money’ for it, which is untrue.

Not true. That subsidy has to be paid as a result of the Common Agricultural Policy. It is imposed by Brussels not the British Government.

It’s an absolute disgrace. We have food banks in this country. Are we in the Third World? We should be looking after the less fortunate in this country who were not born with a silver spoon in their mouth.
You don’t have to check the accuracy of this article, just look around you. I have always voted conservative,but now I won’t be. However, it will be difficult to vote for an alternative as they are all out of the same mould.
You can make a difference next time you have a chance of voting. Don’t ‘not vote’, go to the voting station and put a line through the lot. It will show that you are disgusted with all of them. Maybe, just maybe, someone will realise things must change. The rich are getting richer and poor, poorer.
Take Tony Blair, pleeese. What did he do for this country? Lined his and his family’s pockets. It would be nice to find a man/or woman whose words have some truth to them. Spoil your vote next time. Don’t sit at home and not vote.

Teresa May you carry on killing wildlife and this country will all STARVE have you not got a brain if there are no wildlife around do you not realise wildlife eats all the bugs etc so there will only be the bugs they will eat all the crops so with farmers getting extra money for the shooters to use their fields when they grow crops they will just get eaten. No crops no food. They probably will starve all their livestock so trying to be greedy mr farmer leaves himself jobless and starving x

Stop wasting government on stuff like fax machines which are out of date etc. The government are as bad as corporate companies for waste. Toughen up on spending within departments, cut admin staff and make resources u have work harder. I coild save the government millions and make them more streamlined and less wasteful. As a finance manager, ploughing more money in is not the answer. Better management and cost management is key

Yesterday I tried to recycle a walking frame belonging to my deceased aunt-in-law. Apparently it is against the law to recycle any medical equipment, however good the state, in case it is suffering from metal fatigue. So if I am given a set of brand new crutches because I twisted my ankle and I use them for just 1 week, they cannot then be taken back and issued to another patient. MADNESS!!!!

This is a disgrace since they came to power the wealthy have got wealthier n poor poorer shes been told that her policies are making people homeless people waiting 3 t 6 months without a penny waiting for this stupid universal credit first the bed tax forced the poor into debt n into homelessness now this new bennefit is forcing people into debt with pay day loans that they cant pay n then homelessness cause no rent getting paid 1000s more using food banks childrens school meals endin 100s of 1000s kids going hungry 1000s sleeping on the floors of BnBs or in cars this n she gives £millions to the rich estates these people have no idea how much this is depressing people i bet if you checked stats 1000s more people will be on anti depresion meds n that means more on the sickness i cant believe this really cant 1000s are already getting fed up with being stood on things need to change

So, last year ,Children in Need charity (always a National Disgrace we should need it) raised £50M this year Grouse Shooting gets £84M. I know a couple of people who have been on a weekends Grouse shooting. Here’s what I was told. You have to be invited, you can’t just rock up and hope to have a go. You have to wear the right gear,bit of tweed and so on, which will set you back around £1500 minimum spend. You pay £386 a brace. Even if you are crap at shooting its likely you will manage several pairs over a weekend. Said friend says this weekend cost him nearly £36,000!!! To shoot birds. This Higher than the national average wage, and it needs subsidising? Why? What other causes are getting this amount of funding? When many many environmental projects are desperate to be funded? Cuts have been made to fundamental urgently needed services. I have had to remove various expletives scattered through this comment.

Grouse Moor subsidies are paid through EU farming subsidies and NOT Theresa May. Their continuation after Brexit.
I am against Grouse Moor subsidies AND the Tory government, but inaccurate journalism is not an efficient or correct way to attack them.

Fake news. The increase was a change in CAP payments agreed in 2014 which goes to all moorland farmers.
It would have been better if the OP had published a story about the new campaign which is trying to do something about it. But that would have involved admitting that the SNP are as bad as the Tories (and Scottish Lib Dems and Labour can’t even be bothered to engage in these issues at all).

This sums up how dull the conservatives must really be. The rich benefiting from tax avoidance then wasting taxpayers hard earned minimum wages on hs2 which will double in cost if it ever works. Remember the tilting trains. The new benifits system which like most government cost savings will cost at least twice the projected cost and hardship to the less fortunate people in the UK.
Is it any wonder brexit is a shambles. Finally are we really a democratic country? It would appear not as these politicians seem to do what suits them not us.
