Theresa May has had a disastrous start to her election campaign.
Her first stop today in Bolton left locals somewhat unimpressed after the Prime Minister chose to make her entrance by dropping into a golf club by helicopter.
The bungling PM then refused to take or answer questions from local voters or reporters.
And finally, as she whizzed by in her chauffeur-driven car back to her helicopter, a motorcycle policeman in her extensive escort had to have a word with a local taxi driver who was showing the PM in no uncertain terms what he thought of her:
May’s declaration to “connect with voters” not off to a great start then …

Not quite the same reaction as portrayed by radio 5 live in their broadcast yesterday from Bolton! They were all confused ex labour voters considering voting elsewhere or died in the wool Tories! Is this really the same place?

I’m not surprised they’ve shown the bad bits of the visit as that’s what they want this time. They need everyone to dislike her so it won’t look too fishy when Corbyn wins because that will be the result as it’s the only way they can stop Brexit without making Mrs May look stupid. She can’t do a ‘U’ turn but Corbyn can. The leave result simply wasn’t meant to happen but it did because they didn’t fiddle it enough because 80% of the people voted whereas only 30% usually bother in general elections so they cocked up big time so just wait, they’ll fiddle it properly this time and Corbyn will win by a landslide. What other ‘genuine’ reason is there for holding a ‘snap’ election?

Westminster System to elect members of Parliament where all vote are not equal in value.
Result 2015 UK Election.
Conservative Party 330 seats……..
Democratic Unionist Party 8 seats.
Greens Party 1 seat………………….
Independent Party 1 seat………….
Labour Party 232 seats………………
Liberal Democrats 8 seats………….
Plaid Cymru Party 3 seats…………..
Scottish National Party .56 seats…
Sinn Fein Party 4 seats………………
Social Dem & Labour Party 3 seats
UK Independence Party 1 seat…….
Ulster Unionist Party 2 seats………
This is not fair , the system is nothing more than a corrupt racket to elect people from the to end of town…….
This would have been the result if all votes were equal in value.
Conservative Party 239 seats……..
Democratic Unionist Party 4 seats.
Greens Party 24 seats………………..
Independent Party 0 seat………….
Labour Party 198 seats………………
Liberal Democrats 51 seats………….
Plaid Cymru Party 4 seats…………..
Scottish National Party .31 seats…
Sinn Fein Party 4 seats………………
Social Dem & Labour Party 2 seats
UK Independence Party 82 seat…….
Ulster Unionist Party 2 seats………
This system ensures all votes are equal , based on voting for a Party of your choice. all seats in Westminster having one value, the total votes counted nation wide divided by the number of seats 650 gives a seat value of 47,721 votes, so a seat is won when that total is found UKIP had 3.881.099 votes divide by 47.721 = 82 seats , many party’s did not win a seat even tho they had the number of votes. these figures are from the official results , is it not time for a revolution. end the Power of the Landlords and Moneylenders.

If two fingers from a taxi driver is the best argument Labour activists like Tom Pride can come up with, then another Tory government is guaranteed. If Labour doesn’t have anything more than infantile jibes like this then we’re fucked.

Wow! I am mostly impressed that the media are yet again influencing us all. two questions; 1.how else was the prime minister expected to get into and out of Bolton? I am sure she has many more engagements in one day. I trust she is a busy lady. 2. I would hope someone would take the time to have a quiet word if anyone flicks the finger and sounds aggressive towards the Prime Minister or anyone else for that matter. what would people rather the police did? Remember she does currently lead the country. What I think is impressive is that she is able to stand above it all. shame on you all for taking the negative side (my opinion of course). The future of our country is at stake and we need to pull together to get the right outcome for the majority. There is so much at stake.

Considering that 76% of the vote in the last Gen. Election most decidedly did not want the Conservatives in power and that the Tory policies have destroyed so many lives, the majority of the public would likely have a lot more to say to an unelected PM. Theresa May does not lead the country(except down the road to bankruptcy for the poor)she misleads them and that is a crime that deserves the odd expletive and angry invective directed at the perpetrator of harm to so many. Respect is earned and is not a given simply because you hold office and if people are angry they have a right to voice their ire. It’s called free speech.

Oh, so two fingers is the only argument we need is it Florence? It doesn’t matter that we have principles, plans, intelligence and integrity, as long as a taxi driver says fuck off to a passing car with the PM inside (and she probably didn’t even notice). Grow up!
P.S. You can’t make a sentence out of those words!

Contemptuous though I am of May’s politics and cynical announcement of a general election, I would prefer her to be ousted by losing the argument and having her revolting government held up for the elitist capitalists they are rather than fight an election on the basis of playground taunts. We must spread the word about Corbyn’s vision for Britain in order to counter the Tory propaganda machine of the tabloids.
