Labour MP and remain campaigner Jo Cox has died after being shot and stabbed outside her surgery. Jo’s attacker allegedly shouted “Britain First” before launching his vicious attack.

I don’t know the truth behind this story as to who did or who didn’t carry out this vile act; I am appalled at such a senseless act. Please convey my condolences to Jo Cox’s family.
Re the ‘false flag’, again I don’t know the truth, but it defies logic that anyone connected to either the stay or exit campaigns would carry out such an appalling act.

The referendum is of gigantic importance in exactly the same three measures and a huge deal is at stake. Do you never question the fact that one life means nothing to some? So far there isn’t any hard evidence that he was shouting “Britain First.” Hicham Ben Abdallah who I believe was credited with saying he heard this has since denied it. Even if he did shout it, it could have been more in reference to refugees than the EU referendum. I personally find either side of the debate trying to benefit politically from a death deplorable.

I had heard about her. To me she seems to have been a wonderful fighter for human rights. And I believe in God, en also that He will provide.
Her legacy will continue, because she will inspire other persons to persevere their dreams, which might even be inspired by her!
Till this day I hardly knew anything about Jo Cox. But that all has changed. She has inspired me to spread the love and lovingkindness she tried to share with her inner and outer circle.
After all, love matters the most. Hate will fade when love enters the stage. Hate kills, love brings life! Love is live, hate equals death.
As long as we will remember love will ultimately have the last word, we should never ever fear hate. Hate is weak.
Jo was strong.
She will be deeply missed.

There is an obvious parallel here with the 2003 Swedish referendum on joining the Euro.
A leading figure of the pro-EUR camp during the referendum campaign was Foreign Minister Anna Lindh, who was professionally and expeditiously knifed to death in a Stockholm department store, supposedly by a mentally unstable drug addict from Serbia with no knife history, angry over the bombing of that country. The CCTV was not working that day, said the Israeli company in charge of the store’s security.
Many speculated that the outpouring of sympathy for the well-liked FM would boost the pro-EUR side, which at the time was heading for defeat. In fact, it made no difference and the people of Sweden voted against joining the Eurozone anyway. That was the last time a government invited the people to vote on adopting the EUR.

Is anyone else feeling a sense of real and heartfelt loss over Jo Cox? I never met her, didn’t know her, have seen her speak a couple of time, but on the whole she was a stranger to me, does anyone else feel that this happened purely from the hatred, the lies and the incitement of these disgusting so called politicians who are making this referendum a personal “vote” catcher for their own agendas, in my whole life i have never seen such disgusting behavior from these horrible manipulative people, Boris the baboon, Scamoron the crook, Farage the bullshitter, IDS the liar, Osbourne the coke head, i could go on and on, they wind up dangerous unintelligent thugs and then let them loose, they are as responsible for this poor lady’s violent and shocking death as the gunman himself. There is a story behind this – it is a bloke at the end of his tether attempting (wrongly imho) to make a desperate gesture to pull down a system which has ultimately betrayed him. Perhaps as a ‘fit to work’ survivor he was sanctioned? I do not know. We will not be told. There is logic here though, the far right telling him he is sidelined due to ‘foreigners and immigrants’. This story stinks. There is more to this story and poor Jo Cox (a decent kind and honest person) has paid the price. The political system and media are both corrupt and and Mz Cox (RIP) has paid the price for others evil. We must fight for the truth to be known. To my mind the evil that is BREXIT (albeit IDS) are involved or have at least played a part.

A 52 year old man, out of the blue, shoots and kills an MP campaigning to stay in the EU, in public on the streets of Britain, and runs away shouting “Britain First”, a week before the referendum when the Leave camp is steaming ahead and the Brexiteers have it in the bag. This of course being after the Remainders have thrown absolutely everything at us, including the kitchen sink, and the Leave camp has not budged, it still stands firm. The timing is impeccable

This whole thing is so weird, bizarre, and unequivocally suspicious that, as soon as it was announced on the news, a “false flag” was the first and most immediate thing that came to my mind, and this was even “before” it was alleged that the assailant screamed “Britain First”. So I find it a little baffling how you can just so easily dismiss the idea as one that is only held by a sick bastard who wants to make this about them. We feel just as disgusted, outraged and heartbroken about the horrific killing of a beautiful mother of two as you do. The only difference is we believe your side will not deliver the justice her family deserves.
Once the British people take back our freedom and restore democracy to this country, then we will be able to launch a full scale investigation into the death of Jo Cox. But rational minds do not typically buy into something so absurd. Sometimes, conspiracy theories, are not theories, they’re just conspiracies. Or they’re just good old fashioned fibs. For example, the very eyewitnesses who have been claimed to of heard the killer shout “Britain First”, have publicly stated that no one shouted “Britain First” at any time. They don’t even understand why this claim was even made. Well now this is very interesting, because this would indicate that the media just made it up. I mean just when you thought the Remain camp couldn’t plummet any lower, they’re now using this woman’s murder as a political opportunity, thereby assuring their descent becomes a nose dive down through the S bend of a public toilet in Glasgow……What kind of sick, disturbed glob of smegma would just make this stuff up purely to serve their efforts to stay in the EU?? Jo Cox’s death was the Remain camp’s kitchen sink. (i.e the last thing they had in their arsenal). They should be ashamed of themselves. They should accept democracy.

The victim and her family deserve a proper in depth investigation of this cold blooded murder. Pointing the finger before the investigation has even taken place is irresponsible and opportunistically using the loss of life of this person as a platform to bully others seems disrespectful to the victim in the extreme, I have to say Tom you have disappointed me there.
The murderer may have shouted ‘Britain First’ according to some witness, but until a proper investigation of this barbaric act has been carried out, the witnesses verified as credible and an irrefutable link to Britain First established (with a proper investigation (not with some dodgy google searches) rather than guessed or assumed , this could very well be a false flag organised by some powerful, unscrupulous, manipulative, calculating and cold blooded politically motivated murderer going to any barbaric lengths to keep Britain in the EU, even if that involves sacrificing innocent individuals to scare everybody else into vote to stay in and falsely putting the blame on others. At this moment in time we don’t know.
You cannot deny here that the timing of this event is a little too convenient to be simply a random attack and we would have to be rather thick to miss the point that such an act is going to do a lot of damage to Brexit: that makes it a motive and not for Brexiters.
Something does really smell fishy here Tom so a proper and transparent investigation is badly needed. Before jumping into conclusions and lead others to do the same using the murder of this person as an opportunity to bully, insult and attempt to silence those simply expressing their doubts , lets face the rather disturbing fact that, without putting the blame on them myself, the great beneficiary of this despicable act here appears to be the Remain side so until the investigation is completed we should not jump into conclusions.
To identify greedy culprits they always say: “follow the trail of money”, don’t they? Well then, so, who is benefiting from this despicable act Tom? Brexit? Britain First? Please don’t dumb down Brexiters or inquisitive people that do not simply swallow the propaganda parroted by MSM, is disrespectful and naive.

I hope you at least asked permission to the authors of those tweets to reproduce them in your blog because you are using them to put your point across. And why calling them sick? the police investigation is not completed yet so they have the same right as you do to express their opinion. If you call them sick, because their opinion is different to yours, what can they can call you sick when you are trying to bully them with insults and encourage others to do the same for simply expressing their opinion?
You invite others ‘to tell the authors of those tweets how disgusting they find their comments’ Obviously you have a very righteous opinion on yourself to believe that you are in a position to command others to bully them. That feels unethical Tom and takes away any credibility of what you tried to put across in your article. Nobody has the right to bully others because the have a different opinion to yours. Jo was a friend. An amazing woman who wanted to make the world a better place for all. Someone who had met world leaders but not lost the common touch. Someone who cared passionately about those who needed help, whether in Gaza, Darfur or Yorkshire. It was impossible not to like her, and she was happy to work with others regardless of party politics. The tragedy of her death will last far beyond the referendum, whichever way it goes. The evidence about the motivation of her killer seems now beyond doubt. If enough hatred is spread, someone is going to react. Seeing the tweets above just shows how much better than all this she was. As Brendan has said, we must fight the hatred that killed her but never sink to that level ourselves.

Well it happened also in Sweden in 2003 when they had their Referendum (join Euro or not), Anna Lindh their politician was also assissinated knifed to death . Fortunately tho it didnt affect the results of their not joining.

dont worry Cameron is on borrowed time as ab MP and he knows it. when he leaves the gravy train noone will miss him and he fears being listed in history as the PM which divided the UK. he is typical of those who displace blame, use distraction to deliver bad news, and amongst other things use the PM office to serve his own interests.

If you think this was a false flag operation then you are not sick and twisted, you are just expressing your views and opinions which is your human right. Don’t let left-wing bigots, hypocrites and haters to oppress your human rights. Remain may not have orchestrated this tragedy but they sure are milking it and using it for their anti-democratic pro-EU campaign. A Prime Minister (or President) who faces being ousted from their job will do ANYTHING to hold on to power. Anything.

2 things. Firstly I would say the vast majority of people who may think the attack was a false flag are not blaming Muslims, much less calling them lying Muslims. So your attempt to smear Brexit supporters is franky disgusting. Secondly, I didn’t believe it was a false flag attack until I read about the young popular female pro-EU Swedish Anna Lindh who was stabbed to death only days before a Swedish Euro referendum in 2003 and which also lead to suspension of campaigning. Now I am not so sure.

The man was a documented member of the Springbok club, bought racist literature from an American neo-nazi website, had nazi regalia in his house, was pictured holding a Britain First banner and said in court ‘freedom for Britain’ – and you still think he was what? An MI5 stooge? A Remain campaigner in disguise? Clever enough to stay in deep cover for years but not clever enough to think about trying to hide after the murder. And now you’ve spotted a pattern of two events, in two entirely separate countries, 13 years apart. It’s not just sick and twisted, it’s delusional. If the Leave campaign are the victims that you claim to be, you’ve been hoist by your own petard. Maybe Mair’s actions have sunk the Leave campaign. However, having created and fed this monster, the right-wing fantasists can hardly complain.

Mr Pride published this last Thursday, and since then the connections between Jo Cox’s murderer, Thomas Mair, and the extreme Right, specifically the Springbok Club, the London Swinton Circle, Britain First and the National Alliance, the massive American neo-Nazi organisation, have become very clear. Thugs like Mair have beaten, maimed and killed Jews, Blacks, Asians and Left-wingers ever since Mussolini and the Fascists in the 1920s. Combat 18, which emerged in the 1980s, had a reputation for extreme violence, and there have been mass fights between British Fascists and Anti-Fascists, in which people have been killed. I’ve put up several documentaries from the 1980s investigating Combat 18 and some of its leading lights, like Charlie Sargeant, that leave no doubt just how ruthlessly violent and quite prepared to kill so many of them were. It wasn’t a ‘false flag’ operation by any means, and the idea that it was is risible. It was simply Fascists behaving like Fascists.

The whole thing does not stack up for a number of reasons, if you want to give out peoples details on twitter for asking questions you need to have a long good hard look at yourself, and just remember your details can be found too. But before I post the below list of questions (which are not my own) but read, can I simply ask what possible gain could have an organised fascist conspiracy get from this murder? Leave was well ahead so why scupper your own chances? It caused a big backlash against Leave but it was not enough.Questions about the alleged murder of Jo Cox MP that need answering!
1) can you explain why there are no photos or video, mobile or cctv, private or public of any of the incident, either before during or after an event what must have taken several minutes?
2) why is there no visual evidence of the alleged suspect mair at the scene anywhere?
3) why there is no evidence of any attack in any of the photos the media have shown us? no murder weapon either.
4) why is there no blood to be seen, even though we keep hearing there was blood everywhere, after such a horrendous and prolonged attack?
5) how was the attacker kicking her, stabbing her and shooting her with an old pistol all at the same time, according to witnesses?
6) why did unarmed police arrest the supposedly armed mair in a cul-de-sac nowhere near the crime scene?
7) why does the photo being circulated around the world of mair with tattoos giving a salute bear no resemblance to the photo of him in the flak jacket and red boots sitting meekly on a bench?
8) why there is no sign of the family grieving – why are they fighting hard to hold back smiles and laughter during the press conference?
why is her sister so chipper and her mum smiling constantly? why are there no tears from any of them?
9) why did we not hear about the ‘have-a-go’ hero until a couple of days later – none of the supposed witnesses mentioned him at all?
10) why bernard kenny, or bernard c kenny, or bernard kenny-carter (he has a different name depending on where you read it,) has an obituary in the yorkshire evening post for jan 2013? wife’s name also doreen.
11) why mr. kenny, a supposed rescuer hero from the lofthouse colliery disaster in 1973, is not mentioned anywhere in the reports of that incident, nor on the bbc documentary on it, nor is he at the reunion in 2013?
12) why is clarke rothwell, the witness who connected the alleged attack with britain first, both a gas fitter and a cafe/ bar owner? how was he working round the corner but also outside the library? and isn’t he a member of the bnp himself?
13) why did none of these witnesses go and help (mair looks a lot smaller than rothwell) or call the police straight away?
14) why was husband brendan cox asked to leave his directorship of save the children after several complaints from women – during his marriage to helen jo cox?
15) why, despite having had his wife cruelly wrenched from him, did he immediately take to social media making political statements?
16) why did he set up a gofundme account on the same day? is that normal behaviour for a grieving husband who has had his life torn apart so suddenly, better raise some cash?
17) do you not think it is just slightly coincidental that with one week to go until the most important decision britain has ever made, with the remain side losing badly, this event has taken over the whole debate and it is no longer about democracy, the economy, immigration, and the right to self-governance and independence, but about one woman and her beliefs?
if you read any of the ‘witness’ statements or listen (and watch) their interviews, you will notice nothing they say actually adds up, or is actually possible.
the fact that none of what they are telling you is backed up by any visual evidence whatsoever should really set alarm bells ringing if you are as awake and open-minded as you think you are.

You are bonkers. But to answer some of the points above anyway..
1,2,3,4. There were not many people around during the attack. Witnesses at first thought it was an altercation between two men, and only later realised it was the murder of an MP. The crime scene was cordoned off immediately afterwards, hence no media photos of blood.
5. The details of the attack have been clearly explained. He used the gun after having stabbed her.
6. He was arrested the other side of town because that’s where he went. Check the timings. They all match.
7. The photo on social media may be wrong. Ask the person who first posted it. It’s not from the police.
8.The family are grieving. They choose not to grieve in public. Should they be paraded out to cry on TV to satisfy you?
9,10,11 Bernard Kenny was mentioned (not by name) in the BBC reports on the Thursday afternoon. He was under armed guard that afternoon in hospital in Leeds. Since he appears to be recovering you will see and hear more of him in the future. His wife and neighbours certainly believe he was alive at the time of the murder.
12,13 The witness presumably didn’t get involved because Mair had a gun. Being a BNP member doesn’t affect his hearing.
14. Brendan had one complaint, that was unproved. He had planned to leave anyway.
15. Brendan didn’t immediately go on social media. His first tweet was just a photo of his wife. He made a political statement later because it was a political murder. Look at other reactions from relatives after murders to see that it is not unusual for a reaction to be given.
16. He didn’t set up a Gofundme page. It was set up by friends of him and Jo the following day in response to people wanting to donate. None of the money is for him, or any political party, or anything related to the referendum.
17. No coincidence at all. A slightly unhinged fascist, radicalised by the anti-immigration tone of the referendum debate, thinks he will save his country by murdering someone he considered to be a traitor.
Are you trying to imply that she wasn’t actually killed? Or that maybe MI5 staged the murder, but did it in broad daylight, and that the witnesses, the man who was nearly killed trying to stop it, the man arrested by armed police, who shouted ‘death to traitors’ in court (with a history of fascism going back decades), his mum who saw him on TV, the doctor and paramedics who treated her are all spooks? Wait until the trial, then see how delusional you are.
