The official website of the Conservative Disability Group has been sabotaged by a disabled Tory activist who has quit the party in protest at George Osborne’s budget:
Graeme Ellis, a lifelong Conservative voter who is disabled, told BuzzFeed News he could not remain a member of a party which is reducing disability payments while cutting taxes for high earners:
“I’ve always since I was 18 voted Conservative. This afternoon I stopped. I couldn’t have any association with a political party that could send disabled people to the wall. How can they be trying to save money when the figures they’re taking off the disabled match what they’re planning on giving the better-off in the Budget?”

I have been disabled since 1985 and through no fault of my own. Since London 2012 it’s now a crime to be disabled. We do the best we can but Osborne and IDS are just ignorant. Let them take our place.

I hear so much about the caring British people, can anyone tell me if there’s a Labour / Democrat party or Union movement in the UK?

This guy is a Tory activist… and now he’s complaining!!! He got EXACTLY what he voted for. You have to be astoundingly thick not to know what the Tories would do as soon as they got a parliamentary majority.
Up here in Scotland we’re looking down on you fools in England and thinking…… for the last few decades you’ve got exactly what you voted for – Thatcher Tories, Blair Tories, Brown Tories, Cameron Tories. Maybe you should think about how you vote in future… and WAKE UP AND SMELL THE WESTMINSTER HYPOCRISY!

Lester, erm, how can I put this, being a socialist for aeons and all that, the labour party are not an opposition party – they are a bunch of cowards who abstain rather than fight for ordinary people – labour lost its credibility with Bliar and Brown – labour do not care about anybody, anymore, they can’t defend themselves nevermind anybody else
