The UK’s oldest conservative think tank the Bow Group has not been attending the Tory Party conference.
That’s because – in the Bow Group’s own words – “freedom and democracy of Conservative Party members remains absent” and the Tory Party conference has now become “a corporate venue for press and lobbyists“.
This is what’s technically known by experts in the field as a Big F*cking Deal.
Cameron is alienating even traditional conservatives from the Tory Party in his desperate quest to please his corporate sponsors and his friends in the press.
