This story isn’t new but I feel it needs more traction.
In 2007, two women were driving along an isolated country road when suddenly a car pulled up in front of them blocking their way.
Two men jumped out, ran to the women’s car and started breaking the windows. One of the thugs managed to steal a camera and car keys before one of the women managed to call the police and the men escaped.
The two men were caught the next day by the police.
However, despite being convicted, the violent thieves only received Conditional Discharges and a £350 fine.
Now in a civil case, the two women have finally been awarded compensation for their ordeal – albeit just £8,000 worth of it.
It took the women the best part of 7 years to finally get justice.
Both men are friends of prime minister David Cameron. They are leading members of the Heythrop Hunt in Cameron’s Oxfordshire constituency – which Cameron has ridden with. One of the men is Tory and Countryside Alliance supporter Brian Ferry’s son – Charles Otis Ferry.
Charles – or Otis as he prefers to call himself – was educated at Marlborough public school. The same private school that several Tory MPs and both Cameron’s and George Osborne’s wives attended.
Violent thugs don’t have to come with working class accents and hooded tops.

Interesting. I wonder if this is why I was phoned up (while I was still working at a big regional daily newspaper) and warned that there would be an attempt to kill Ferry (Jr)? The threat came to nothing but I wondered why it had been made. I’m not sure the dates tie up but it seems logical.

I remember a former pupil of Marlborough College from my student days. he was the son of some bloke with a title and was on the Estate Management course to learn (Some hope, he was thick as a pudding) to look after the family estates. I recall he was very strongly opposed to Page three girls in the Sun,on the bizarre grounds that it gave the ordinary man ideas above his station in that he would wrongly be led to think “that beautiful women were available to him” Thankfully we didn’t have to endure him for long as he was thrown out in his first term for stealing the blankets from his room in the Hall of Residence. It would seem that Marlborough has at least remained consistent over the years in the standards of conduct of its “old boys”

As for Mr Pride’s observation that not all violent thugs have working class accents and hooded tops, this has been true all down the ages. Some of the most violent street gangs in history were the children of the aristocracy looking for a bit of thuggish fun kicking the lower orders around, like the Mohocks in 17th century England or Les Rosbifs in 18th century France. Over a decade ago a friend of mine in London told me of a violent, outlaw biker gang that the cops had finally broken up and sent to prison. Instead of coming from dead end council estates, they were all stockbrokers and lawyers, I believe.

I don’t know, I wasn’t there, but people like those mentioned don’t go around attacking other people’s property for no reason. E.g. The KJV is a book, that’s all. The Holy Scriptures within that book are His Word and have to be searched out by cross checking with the Hebrew OT and Greek NT. For that I use Interlinear Bibles and Transliteral Bible software or any other reliable sources.

That’s an impossible question to answer as it would take several life times to go through all the versions to ascertain all the errors, but as a general rule of thumb it is a known fact that the older versions are less corrupt than the new i.e. The KJV and The Geneva Bible.
The NIV has at least 200 more corruptions in it than the KJV.

The Jews created Jehova the Christians decided that Jehova had a son and became christians whilst still having Jehova as their God and the Muslims similar evolved fro the hebrew religion with their religious teacher Allah but still worshipping the same god as the christians and the Jews, why any one of the subsidiary groups of those three groups thinks that the very same God would want them to kill each other, against his specific wishes, is beyond reason ant yet the religious maniacs do it all the time in the name of the same being.
