The Lib Dems have been beaten in a council by-election by a candidate calling himself Lord Biro from the Bus Pass Elvis Party whose main policy pledge is to legalise brothels with a 30% reduction for OAPs:
The question is – at what point do the Lib Dems finally give up and admit their coalition with the Tories has been one of the biggest disasters in UK political history?

I remember a Lord Biro from a few years ago… poet, used to write lots of very short satirical verse.
And not a little worrying to note that the Tory was called Rule…

Perhaps more worrying for the Tories (but probably not worth satirising) is the comparative votes for Labour, UKIP and Cons – Labour would have been wiped, but for UKIP, as it is they only just scraped in, Augurs well for Labour, if it translates to a General Election.

To dream that the lib dems will realise that they are unpopular unelectable untrustworthy and are complete and total failures is to believe that it’s possible to build cathedrals from rocking horse dung! Their collective egos would never allow them to be honest and sufficiently grounded to admit they are a political cock up and a joke. God help us if the Tories get a majority we will be well screwed and Fascism will rule, civil liberties will disappear NHS will be sold to the highest bidder. We will be ruled by a wealthy elite, suicide for those losing benefits will be promoted as a state sponsored deficit reduction aid and the deceased family might get a state medal for the gift to the state. Jaundiced view? Certainly, it’s as far as I trust Cameron and the rest of the ass lickers we call MPs.

Most of the LibDems were perfectly happy just sitting in the Commons trying to look like know-it-alls, as tradition dictates. Only Clegg and a handful of other twats wanted to be in the Government. Come the election they’ll pay the price for acting like pussies!
