NORMAN Tebbit yesterday urged jobless House of York kings to be more like eastern European royals and “get on their horse” to find work instead of lying around doing nothing.
The former Conservative minister repeated advice he gave 30 years ago saying dead kings in the UK should follow the examples of Polish, Hungarian and Lithuanian royalty – all of whom had to find jobs after their royal families were abolished.
The veteran 79-year-old politician, who has a fearsome reputation of speaking his mind, said after being asked if deposed royalty should get on their horses to look for work:
Yes. Dead Kings can’t just expect to lie around car parks for centuries. They should do what deposed royalty in Poland, in Hungary and in Lithuania did and go out and find themselves a proper job.

Richards horse got killed but being the warrior he was he waded in to fight but was overwhelmed and killed.

Hi all. I would like to draw your attention to something that has been going on YouTube for a while. They are called the yaweh clan. They Target disabled and other ppl gays Jews black ppl and ppl they claim to be paedophiles.. usually with no proof. They regard as success when the Target can no longer cope have suicided themselves. Youtube have banned them but they come back under other names. There are videos about them.

A significant difference between the countries like Poland and Hungary is they have been republics since the end of world war 1. Lithuania had been a part of the former USSR. Unlike UK is a constitutional monarchy.This would be of interest to those who take interest in history and geography.
The Sirs and life and hereditary peers in House of Lords could go try finding themselves a real job. LOL
BTW 2 of my central European friends have been out looking for work unsuccessfully all day.
Another one has been unsuccessfully job-hunting all week. They do not want any social benefits but work (Scotland).

It is not just central Europeans that want jobs in Britain, despite what you may have heard those on benefits do also, but cannot afford to work for cheap labour.

I completely agree with you Guy and I realize it. If I disregard a fraction of layabouts, there are still some 5,000 000 genuinely unemployed, desperate for work on living wage. Job insecurity (especially in temporary jobs) and slow processing of benefit claims by DWP and Councils contribute to the number is not falling down but it’s rising. EU immigrants in UK, some of whom have lived and paid taxes in UK for many years now are being turned down their claims for rightful benefits.And they resort to working for peanuts so they can feed their children and to pay rent while DWP is trying to turn them into slave labour and to divide society by blaming the immigrants for the mess that the fascist Tories have caused.

Complete denial of social security benefits is not exactly my case; however I have nearly been there too after an event at which I was racially abused and for no justifiable reason beaten up by 4 cops outside our home in Johnstone, Renfrewshire in July 2011. I had been very healthy man, always in work, but my health deteriorated since so badly that I ended up claiming ESA from DWP now. My complaint about the police has never been investigated and I was denied access to compensation for criminal injuries. As I then had a pregnant fiancee with our first child while she had worked for an agency as a temp worker (on min. wage) and my job ended, I had no other resort but to apply for benefits since I realized my responsibility for them.
I have stayed in UK for 10 years and I can speak a reasonable English. I had had some not too bad education back in the Czech Republic and it’s not easy to rip me off. For DWP and Council inclusive. I can confirm DWP, TCO HMRC and the local Council all tried to rip us off big time. As I am a well organized person, I kept track of the benefit agencies’ actions and started gradually winning. I deliberately say winning because it was a long-time journey to have my rightful social security benefits paid. I still can’t believe the high level of incompetence in these agencies, unless it was something different (e.g institutional discrimination). The bloated bureaucracy in the system must be hard to overcome for an average Brittish Joe as well. I ended up with 12 lever folders full of paper correspondence with DWP, TCO HMRC and Renfrewshire Council. I had to computerized it for its volume. I have had to get my MSP, MP and Councillor involved too. Getting my meager benefit entitlement had become like a part time job for me at the time when our child was born and I was laid off in my work shortly afterwards. I was not surprised to be the first out because of my work efficiency dropped down significantly due to the injuries I had suffered. But I was shocked when my former boss (his wife is an SNP MSP) offered me my job back a week later to work for his firm casually for under the minimum wage while signing on in Jobcentre. I refused and another guy (British) took up the job.
I then realized that there were also other people suffering, trapped in similar situations and I decided to form a voluntary group to help them. However, it’s called the Czech and Slovak Association, it has much in common with the British working class people. I have received many inquiries regarding denial of social security benefits from the ethnic minority members. They’re an easy target. But I know well it is not their problem only. D Smith and the Cameron’s Government have targeted disabled and the sick too. (I also had the opportunity to go through ATOS assessment to get into the activity related group.) I continue in my strive to change people’s minds to the better and to help you British, because we are all in it together my friends!

Thanks for that in depth and moving reply to your plight and you are right we are all in it together. The people who are objecting to benefits for foreigners, are saying as you said, some are layabouts who want to claim without putting anything in. I wish you luck with your organisation and your fight against the public services, I have suffered myself at their hands, but have documented it enough on other sites.

The major thing the scamming Govt bods fail to inform the lower classes with is the amount of money Poles etc earn here can pay for land and buying a house in their own countries within 10 years!
When are we going to oust the scum Landowning overlords and their Parliamentary system that keeps the real sponging class in their greedy lifestyles whilst their media propagandise against the UK poor and defenceless

Comparing Royalty (with their connections to a privileged lifestyle) to jobless UK underclasses shows how out of touch & SENILE he really has become! 🙂
