The government have released an official list of who they regard as strivers – who need to be supported with pay rises – and skivers who need to be given a good kick up the ass with a large dose of austerity.

The coalition government’s just announced salary cuts for police officers after giving a tax cut for top earning bankers and calling for a 32% payrise for MPs.
