Apparently McAlpine is to use British police to help him sue thousands of Twitter users even though he’s a tax exile in the south of Italy and doesn’t pay tax in the UK.
Why isn’t he using the Italian police? He’s not paying for ours so why should he have the right to divert our valuable police time away from real crimes in the UK?
This is yet more evidence that McAlpine’s agenda – and it seems now our police’s too – has got nothing to do with protecting his so-called ‘good-character’ and everything to do with telling the plebs to shut the f*** up, respect our ‘betters’ and know our place.

Also, to get a better idea of what kind of man he is, have a look at this quote from McAlpine himself from his 2000 book – “The New Machiavelli‘:

What I’d like to know is, why are we allowing McAlpine and his friends in high places to drag us right back into the 19th century when the plebs knew their place and we lived in fear of saying anything in case we offended the powerful feudal Lords who ruled over us?
And why are we allowing our police – which we pay for even though he doesn’t – help him to do it?

This is terrible why dont They do something about it i cant because i am too busy. Thats why nothing changes. Just think when you are soundly asleep some poor kid is being abused somewhere. But hey its not your problem and what could you do? Plenty. But you wont .. Because no is really cares . If you do then reply to this..

I care and overwhelmingly so do other people. I think that retaining the freedom of the internet is very important because it allows publication of material that otherwise does not surface. Clearly that also maintains those child pornography sites but to be fair that also provides a means of finding a set of child abusers who would otherwise not be found.

Well yeah and it means that anyone with a brain cell can figure that out. With an enquiring mind and fearless or reckless one can find out stuff eg who the abusers are , where they congregate and effing do something.. Instead of this bloody drivel i am reading..,psycho babble and that anyone bloody serious here can tweet me on twatter and maybe get something done..

The police are to bissy to prosecute pedofiles and burglers, thy leave MPs to fidle exspences and cotion burglers and muggers, but find time to prosecute or help prosecute people, that have repeated whats been in p/domain for years.

I tried to leave a comment before but it disappeared into the ether.
There may be a case for twitterers to state that Lord MuckA’s continuing actions are an abuse of process. The msm whores have already rolled over and Lord Mc could be said to have already recovered his “pristine reputation” by agreeing damages with these entities. Pursuing thousands of tweets by twats looks increasingly like a witch hunt and may very well backfire on Lord Mucka.
What isn’t mentioned is that Lord M isn’t just asking for a £5 donation to charity, he will demand costs of administration too, probably a lot more than the donation!!
Victims of child abuse have to wait patiently for months if not years while their claims are investigated while Lord M can do the same in a matter of days – two-tier justice for sure.

I’m not sure that innocence is established by such well-tried and well-known tactics.
It would have to go to court for facts of innocence to be established. Lord Mucka has complained about “trial by twitter”, he is now pursuing “trial by well-publicised and well-heeled witch-hunt” using his friends and connections in media and high places who undoubtedly owe him a favour or two if only to keep paedophile accusations away from their own door. Lord M doesn’t want this to go to court so his fear tactics appear to be working for some people. Shame on Alan Davies.

Just to add to this comment, Lord M may want us to believe that he is out to get Twitter on a matter of principle.
The principle that all children should be protected from organised gangs of psychopathic paedophiles however has once again been forced under the radar by the actions of lords and their sycophants.
No principles there then.

There is another theory which does look fanciful i grant you. But here goes. An aggreived person beause of systematic abuse makes it known he wants the world to kbow of his plight. Those who are responsible get a tip off from the old bill. As a means of stopping any investigation the work out a plan wheteby the coppers name a certain person knowing full well it will be rebuked and challenged. Look at result .. Abuse victim humiliated. BBC on its knees.. Twitterers all getting jumpy and nervous and his lordship £180k richer with more to follow. Job done…

And the closet world of spooks , plod and not so special branch with regard to the blacklisting of employees.. With collusion done by her majestys finest. And why not wonder if jones the old bill was part of this setup. To silence the abused by having him discredit himself because of the police collusion. I know – it crossed my mind too that if he pays even a few quid in tax in the UK – easy enough for his accountants to arrange – he could sue me. But you know what – he’s going to sue me anyway just to shut me up – he can always find something. Would he want a big discussion over his tax status in a court? I doubt it. He’ll choose something else to sue me over which is less uncomfortable for him I would imagine.
I’ve only redacted some of the accusations in the comments because I’d prefer to be sued over what I said – not what someone else on the blog said.

Here’s a little secret you won’t hear often; Most of the child porn sites are run by American law enforcement. I know this because I investigated their networks and traced the IP addresses to domains registered to the FBI.
This is where the police got a lot of their names in the 90s and it is still how a lot of offenders are caught now.

If you do get sued perhaps you should then sue the Welsh Police for causing the case of mistaken identity in the first place.

It’s only entrapment if you know that’s where the information came from. The offenders get prosecuted for the pictures (harvested from previous cases) they have downloaded. In order to get those pictures they have to hand over their CC details.

That’s okay Tom. It just shows how such actions serve to stifle debate. Lord Mucka’s theatrics have almost buried the true investigation of Sovile’s activities and illustrious connections – which was the aim btw. So much in this stinks of a set-up.

It’s not at all fanciful. Imagine if you were a high profile figure and addicted to kiddy fiddling, you will be well placed to indulge your perversions but also well aware of repercussions should your peccadilloes be brought to Joe Public’s attention. These paedophiles would have planned from the start that none of their victims would be believed.
The best way to discredit your victim is to make them appear unstable and therefore untrustworthy – easy to do when children have been perverted, abused, physically and psychologically damaged. The effects of child abuse are such that the adult survivor is dysfunctional in most or all aspects of his/her life.
Psychopaths are masters at victim-bashing.
It is ironic in the light of Sovile’s explosive outing as a sexual deviant that Lord Mucka wants twatter’s donations to go to BBC’s CIN (well named) who are the very people who protected Sovile for half a century. Surely it would be more PR for Lord Mucka to donate his winnings to a charity that seeks to help adult survivors of child abuse to show that he is mindful of their plight in not being able to bring their abusers to justice, as he is so well-placed to do for himself.

I always thought that what Lord(whateverhisname) actions are were more of a Civil Matter than criminal, if so why are the police involved anyway. Also, why did he not sue Scallywag in the early nineties, when these accusations were first place in print? If he did I’ve seen no report of this? If any one has such a record please infom.

So in order to answer that i can only assume two things 1 because of the shared history in connection with blacklisting 2 they are in on the deal with the whole game plan to silence the victim snd get the BBC in grovel mode and to make some cash too

Biggest surprise to me is how both BBC and ITV paid up so quickly! Law doesn’t usually move that fast. On the other hand, the payouts are actually pretty low compared to what he probably asked for (I’d read £500,000 from ITV). Whatever the truth is – something is not right.

Ok its funny that bits of our history seem to recycle and i wonderd why. The abuse case seems to suggest something more about our past namely secret goings on in high places and cover ups . Eg care homes, hillsborougg and miners dispute.. All have something in common an established order abusing and fitting up the plebs of this country and anyone who dares to speak up or have the audacity to complain is seen as some sort of threat. Of late i glanced at private security bod firms sitrs and kept finding strange language there like : the need for counter subversive units and certain threats which include ‘insurrection’ .. Well ‘MFI’came out of the military hence its title all the same are they in their head still fighting the cold war?
